This is why our product is yielded, blended, packaged and shipped from our USDA Wisconsin facility. Our equipment is cleaned and swabbed several times per day and those swabs are tested by independent labs for microbial counts acceptable in accordance with USDA protocol. Small Batch Manufacturing and TestingWe make our products in small batch sizes to ensure the upmost in quality and consistency. Before shipping we send samples to an independent laboratory to be tested for E. coli O157:H7 and Salmonella. Below are test results that match up with the lot number on the back of every bag.
